The Admin office is open from 6:30am to 4:00am Monday through Friday

The best way to reach our staff is via email. You can find a full directory under the Staff tab on our website. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

ENROLLMENT & LOGISTICS

Welcome to the family! Enrollment can be completed through our Online Google Form. Its quick, easy and convienant. 

Gates open from 6am
Class register starts at: 7:45am 

Lessons begins at: 8:00am

Dismissal: 1pm (Grades R and Grade 1); 1:30pm (Grades 2 and 3); 2:30pm (Grades 4 - 8)

Early Release Days: Fridays (1:30pm)

HEALTH & SAFETY

If your child is sick or has an appointment, please email the respective class register teacher by (9:00am). A written note is required upon the student’s return.

No, Administering medication is a medical act. Teachers are not medically licensed, and if a child has an adverse reaction, the teacher and the school could be held legally responsible.

Errors such as giving the wrong medication, the wrong dosage, or at the wrong time can cause serious harm to a child.

No, for the following reasons:

  • Health and safety compliance
    Providing meals requires strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and storage regulations. The school is not equipped with certified kitchen facilities or food- handling staff to meet these standards.

  • Allergies and dietary restrictions

Learners have diverse dietary needs, allergies, and medical considerations. By not serving lunch, the school reduces the risk of allergic reactions or dietary mishaps.

No, the school does not provide learner transport for the following reasons:

  • Safety and liability considerations

Providing transport places a significant legal and safety responsibility on the school. Any accidents or incidents during transport could expose the school to serious liability risks.

EXTRACURRICULARS

Athletic tryouts happen seasonally. Other non-athletic activities include: Choir, Dance and Chess club. Extracurricular activities are compulsory. Learners may choose 1 or more activities to be a part of.

Yes! We provide care until 6:00pm at no extra cost to the parent, however, please note that meals are not provided and should be supplied by parents or guardians. Parents are kindly requested to inform the learner’s register class teacher via email if their child will be attending after-school care.

PHONE POLICY

Learners are not permitted to bring phones at school. If a learner needs to contact a parent, or if a parent needs to contact a learner during school hours, all communication will be facilitated through the school’s administrative office.
